ABOUT THE EVENT
Gigi Pip joined a private celebration at Victory Ranch in Park City, Kamas. There were 40 guests gathered from around the world to visit a newly completed home and spend a full day experiencing the property together.
The event was designed as a series of rotating stations, each offering a different way to enjoy the landscape and connect with one another. Alongside fly fishing, horseshoes, and time on the river with a guide, the hat bar became a central stop. Guests could slow down and create something personal while still staying part of the flow of the day.
To keep the experience seamless for a moving group, guests rotated in waves of 10 every 20 minutes. This structure allowed four full groups to move through the hat bar efficiently while still receiving hands-on attention from our Hattenders. Each guest selected upgraded bands in silver, stone, or gold, then moved through custom steaming and shaping to refine fit and form. The process stayed smooth and steady, even as the energy of the larger event stayed active and social across all stations.
The Hat Bar brought a high perceived value touchpoint to the day. Giving each guest something tangible to take home that also held the memory of the experience. The interactive event made it easy for people to connect while designing, and the rotation model kept the flow organized without pulling anyone out of the celebration for long. By the end of each session, guests left with a finished piece that felt personal and tied to the setting and moment.
