- Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days and may take 3-5 business days depending on your location. All packages are shipped using either Fedex or USPS priority mail. A tracking number will be sent to the email that you provided when placing the order.
All orders placed outside of the US and Canada are final and cannot be exchanged.
We are happy to ship to many countries across the globe. Please take note that import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the package arrives at the destination country and is out of the control of Gigi Pip. Payment for these fees is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with your local customs agency for costs associated with shipping goods into your country.
Please note: Gigi Pip can only guarantee delivery in the US and Canada, all customers purchasing from outside of the US and Canada will be provided proof of shipment and will then be directed to USPS to ensure they receive their delivery. We encourage all customers outside of the US and Canada to become familiar with USPS international shipments policies before placing their order. USPS international shipping info can be found at: https://pe.usps.com/text/imm/welcome.htm.

We are happy to provide a full refund of the purchase price for items returned in brand new, unused and resellable condition within 30 days of purchase (shipping charges are not eligible for refunds). Refunds will be applied to the credit card used at purchase. Items must be in new condition in order to be eligible for a refund. Clearance items and gift cards are not eligible for a refund. Any item that is damaged or not in its original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Embroidered products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Please double check the following to ensure you get your full refund. Returns that do not comply with the following will be given store credit:
- - Hat is in new, resellable condition (no makeup, wear marks, etc)
- - All original tags are included
- - Original packaging is used for the return
- - Return is shipped within 30 days of the purchase date
Return Shipping Labels - Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges unless exchanging the hat for store credit. Return labels can be created upon request. In the case of a return that is not exchanged for store credit, the cost of the return label will be deducted from the refunded amount.
*Refunds can take up to 7-10 days to be processed. To receive your refund quicker, please send an email once the return has been shipped, with the tracking number, to firstname.lastname@example.org.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the status of your refund. Funds for approved refunds are typically processed within 3 days.
- In-Store Return & Exchange Policy
- Purchases made in-store are only eligible for exchange. We are happy to exchange the item for another item of equal price if the item is returned in brand new, unused, and resellable condition within 30 days of purchase.
If you received the item as a gift and do not have the original method of payment, you'll receive store credit for the value of your return.
HOLIDAY RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
The last day to place your orders in time for them to arrive for Christmas is noon December 19, 2018. After this deadline, orders will not be guaranteed to arrive before your holiday celebrations.
Purchases made between November 22 - December 25 will have an extended return + exchange deadline of January 31, 2019. Happy holidays!
