Shipping and Return Policy


Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days and may take 3-5 business days depending on your location. All packages are shipped using either Fedex or USPS priority mail. A tracking number will be sent to the email that you provided when placing the order. 
Returns & Replacements
We are happy to provide a full refund of the purchase price for items returned within 30 days of purchase (shipping charges are not eligible for refunds). Simply return the item in it's original package to the address below and specify whether you would like a refund or store credit. Refunds will be applied to the credit card used at purchase. Items must be in new condition in order to be eligible for a refund. Clearance items and gift cards are not eligible for a refund. Any item that is damaged or not in its original condition may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping Labels - Return labels can be created upon request. In the case of a return, the cost of the return label will be deducted from the refunded amount. 

*Refunds can take up to 7-10 days to be processed. To receive your refund quicker, please send an email once the return has been shipped, with the tracking number, to hello@gigipip.com.

Approved Return
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the status of your refund. Funds for approved refunds are typically processed within 3 days.

Gifts
If you received the item as a gift and do not have the original method of payment, you'll receive store credit for the value of your return.
