Gigi Pip joined Podium at Montage in Park City for an unforgettable experience designed for med spa operators. As one of four stops on the Club Avery roadshow, the event brought industry leaders together for an engaging day featuring insights on AI and the future of med spa operations. Gigi Pip added a creative touch to the experience with custom felt hats made especially for the 22 attendees.
For many guests, custom hatmaking was a completely new experience. Our Hattenders guided each person through the process, helping them create a hat that reflected their personal style. From selecting details to adding unique touches, guests had the chance to be part of the creative process from start to finish.
The real magic showed up in the small moments. Guests who had never considered wearing a custom hat found themselves invested in the process, asking questions about craftsmanship and felt-making, and leaving with a piece that felt entirely their own. For an audience focused on innovation and forward-thinking care, the experience offered a refreshing change of pace and a memory to carry home.
Bringing a custom hat experience to a professional conference added an unexpected element to the day. Guests left with something personal to take home, along with a memorable experience they could share long after the event.
