Gigi Pip headed to Hinkley, MN for a western-filled weekend built around VIP hospitality and a Jon Pardi concert. Our Hattenders showed up ready to make it memorable. Over the course of the event, our team outfitted 400 guests with custom felt hats, giving VIP members a gift they could wear all night long and keep for years to come.
The setup outside the concert venue turned into its own kind of pre-show. Guests stopped by our station to pick their colors, try on brim styles, and personalize their hats before Jon Pardi ever took the stage. Lines formed, conversations sparked between strangers waiting their turn, and the energy built steadily as showtime approached. We kept things moving efficiently, which let us serve a high volume of guests without anyone feeling rushed through the experience.
Handling that many guests in a single window takes real coordination, and it's exactly the kind of large-scale event our team is built for. Every hat was fitted and personalized on-site, so VIP members walked into the concert already wearing a piece they'd chosen for themselves. That kind of scalability let Grand Casino focus on hosting a great night while we handled the details of the experience.
