Supporting women-owned businesses just got a whole lot easier.
Let’s be honest: Women are pretty amazing. From Susan B. Anthony and Elizabeth Cady Stanton to Amelia Earhart and Rosa Parks, the list of incredibly powerful and determined women who have helped shape the future of female empowerment is endless. If it weren't for the women who took a leap of faith throughout history, many of the inspiring women alive today would've had an even more challenging time getting to where they are now.
Recently, there have been a lot of amazing female firsts to be appreciative of, too: the first female vice president of the United States, the first female chancellor of Germany, the first woman to head the European Central Bank, and the first female president of the European Commission, to name a few. We've come a long way, and it shows. But we still have some work to do, which is why we put together this list of women-owned businesses in honor of Women's History Month and International Women’s Day.
