Social Media Director
Hello from Gigi Pip!
Gigi Pip is a leader in the Women's Hat industry with a mission to bring confidence to the "Women Who Wear Many Hats."
We're looking for an experienced Team Manager to manage the Gigi Pip social team and help carry out the social strategy. Applicants will need to show an ability to manage a team as well as identify with Gigi Pip's brand and curate content that is consistent with our current posts and content. Experience managing other social brands is required and experience with similar brands is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and inspire our social media team of four.
- Own Gigi Pip’s social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, Facebook Groups, Pinterest, YouTube, Tik Tok, etc.
- Create, maintain and update the social media calendar.
- Present monthly reports on social platform metrics and KPIs.
- Host regular performance reviews with team members.
- Identify opportunities for growth on social platforms.
- Work with upper management on social strategy as a whole.
Experience:
- 2+ years of team management/leadership experience
- 3+ years in social media management across all major platforms
- Project Management
- Proficient in publishing and planning tools like Hootsuite
- Strategy + Content Planning
- Influencer Marketing
- Copywriting
- Experience in E-commerce
- Affiliate Networks (Such as RewardStyle)
