Gigi Pip is a leader in the Women’s Hat industry with a mission to bring confidence to the “Women Who Wear Many Hats.”

We’re looking for an experienced Team Manager to manage the Gigi Pip Product Team to create quality, on-brand products. Experience managing teams is required as well experience within the fashion industry, such as sourcing, designing and forecasting. Organization, communication and analytical skills are essential for this role as you will be a wearer of many hats. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead the product team made up of product developers and inventory/logistics coordinator. Host regular performance reviews with the team
• Coordinate efforts with marketing, content, fulfillment and retail teams to sell products
• Manage the production calendar to ensure on-time releases 
• Optimize forecasting for inventory needs and shipping logistics 

Experience:

• Illustrator/design 
• Strong working knowledge of the product creation process
• Strong working knowledge of sourcing, costing and lead times
• Communication with overseas factories
