Hello from Gigi Pip!

Gigi Pip is a leader in the Women’s Hat industry with a mission to bring confidence to the “Women Who Wear Many Hats.”

We’re looking for an ambitious individual to assist in the management of the Gigi Pip Product Team to create quality, on-brand products. We are looking for someone with experience within the fashion industry, with skills such as sourcing, designing and inventory forecasting. Organization, communication and analytical skills are essential for this role as you will be a wearer of many hats.

Responsibilities:

• Create and enforce systems within the team to ensure productivity
• Coordinate efforts with marketing, content, fulfillment and retail teams to sell products
• Manage the production calendar to ensure on-time releases
• Cultivate a culture of ambition, productivity and confidence within the team

Experience:

• Illustrator/design 
• Strong working knowledge of the product creation process
• Strong working knowledge of sourcing, costing and lead times
• Communication with overseas factories
• Team lead or management experience
