Hello from Gigi Pip!!!

We're on the look for a highly-organized "wearer of many hats" to assist our management team and help with administrative tasks. This person will be an integral part of Gigi Pip in helping the office run smoothly by coordinating efforts and creating processes across teams, assisting employee onboarding and encouraging team building, and so much more.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating/refining administrative and HR processes and policies
  • Easing communication across teams with regular company updates
  • Onboarding new employees
  • Creating/owning systems that foster a good company culture
  • Preparing reports
  • Prepping for and leading meetings
  • Organizing events
  • Assist the management team with day-to-day tasks

You would be great for the position if you have:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Confidence in running meetings
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Show an ability to research and self-learn
  • Work well with teams
  • Ability to be decisive and step into a leadership role when needed
  • Enjoy working with people
  • Microsoft Excel experience (required)

Job Type: Full-time, in-person at our Salt Lake City office

Compensation: Depending on experience
