We're on the look for a well-organized "wearer of many hats" to assist the our management team and help with administrative tasks. Responsibilities include preparing reports, organizing systems, entry-level book-keeping, inventory control, basic HR / organizational needs, etc (see list below).

  • Preparing reports
  • Processing invoices
  • Ordering inventory
  • Prepping for meetings
  • Organizing events
  • Assist the management team with day-to-day tasks

Experience Required:

  • Microsoft Excel (required)
  • Quickbooks (preferred)
  • Should be proficient in organization and problem solving
  • Needs to show an ability to research and self-learn
  • Work well with teams

References will be required

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: Starting at $14.00 /hour
