We are seeking a highly motivated, self-driven, + organized Administrative Assistant with event planning experience to join our team + elevate our brand presence.

Job Description:
As an Administrative Assistant at Gigi Pip you will work under the direction of our executive team to keep our company operating at its best both operationally + culturally. In addition to optimizing + executing recurring administrative tasks this role is designed to align the efforts of our managers as they build our brand. This assistant will also specialize in event planning + coordination. This position is full time at our Kaysville, Utah headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating/refining administrative and HR processes and policies
  • Easing communication across teams with regular company updates
  • Onboarding new employees
  • Creating/owning systems that foster a good company culture
  • Preparing reports
  • Prepping for and leading meetings
  • Assist the management team with day-to-day tasks
  • Organizing the timeline, preparation, + execution of events
  • Event Vendors, Sponsors, + Attendee Management
  • Budget Ownership

Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets experience (required)
  • Confidence in running meetings
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proven experience in event planning with both intimate gatherings + large audience based events
  • Budget + Timeline Management
  • Able to foster connection + satisfaction among groups
  • Strong knowledge of and passion for attendee experience at in person + virtual events.
  • Proficiency in researching + self learning
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including negotiation
  • Creative and detail-oriented with an eye for design and aesthetics.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
