Overview: 

We are looking for an organized Fashion Product Assistant to support our Product Team in all stages of development, pre-production, production, post-production, delivery, and shipping logistics and coordination. Must be able to manage logistics coordination for transportation of products from start to finish.  

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Product Team to assist in the end-to-end product development process.
• Support the design team by conducting market research + sourcing to identify emerging fashion trends and consumer preferences for current + new product collections.
• Maintain accurate product records, including descriptions, specifications and sample details.
• Assist in sample coordination + quality control to ensure product standards.
• Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely production and delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in replenishment planning.
• Provide project management support to the product team, as needed.
• Logistics coordination - transportation and delivery of goods, monitoring and tracking shipping containers (nationally and internationally), maintaining accurate records of shipments, inventory, and other logistics data. 

Qualifications:

• Passion for fashion and a keen eye for design trends.
• Relevant educational background or previous experience in the fashion industry preferred.
• Excellent organizational + project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining product quality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of fashion design software.
• Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Experience with Asana or equivelant project management programs a plus. 
• Experience with Shopify/Stocky a plus.
