Custom Hat Terms & Conditions Agreement

By selecting branding and/or customization options and completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: 

Final Sale Policy 

All hats that include branding, customization, or personalization are FINAL SALE. 
Once branding or customization has been applied, the item cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for any reason, including but not limited to sizing, fit, color preference, or design choice. 

Production & Processing Time 

Due to the custom nature of branded and personalized hats, all customized orders require 7–10 business days for production. Production time begins once the order is successfully placed and payment is received. 

Rush Processing Option 

Customers who need their order sooner may add Rush Processing at checkout. 

  • Rush Processing moves your order to the front of the production queue  
  • Production time is reduced to 2 business days 
     

Please note: Rush Processing applies to production time only. Shipping speed and delivery timelines are selected separately at checkout and are not included in Rush Processing. 

Order Accuracy 

By approving and submitting your order, you confirm that all customization details (including spelling, design selections, and placement) are accurate. Changes cannot be made once production has begun.
