Overview:
We are seeking a passionate Junior Designer to join our marketing team. Responsibilities involve creating marketing assets efficiently including ads, social assets, emails & content for our website. In addition, this role will involve taking ownership of creative projects on an as-needed basis.
Responsibilities:
- Create marketing assets including emails, ads, blog graphics + more
- Efficiently turnaround assigned design tasks to support various teams
- Own special projects as required
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of Adobe suite- Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign +
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design
- 1-2 years graphic design experience
- Must have a keen eye for detail, composition + simplicity
- Ability to take feedback + incorporate it quickly
- Effective communication skills
- Solutions-oriented
- Ability to work efficiently and prioritize + manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Video and/ or animation experience a plus
- Must love the Gigi Pip aesthetic + be passionate about building confidence in women!
