ABOUT THE EVENT
Custom Hats, NASCAR, and a Weekend Worth Talking About
When Monster brought their clients from the Reyes Group to Nashville for a VIP weekend, they wanted every moment to feel memorable—right from the start. Before the racing, the Virgin Hotel, and the energy of the Cracker Barrel 400, guests were welcomed with something personal: a custom Gigi Pip hat.
The hat bar became the perfect opening act for the weekend. Each of the 40 guests got to sit down with our Hattenders, explore color options, try on different styles, and walk away with a hat that felt made for them. That kind of hands-on experience naturally gets people excited, sparks great conversations, and builds a sense of connection even before the main events begin.
What happened next made it even sweeter. Guests took their hats straight to the racetrack, and Gigi Pip styles were spotted throughout the stands at the Cracker Barrel 400. Seeing guests genuinely enjoy their hats out in the world—cheering, celebrating, and soaking in a fantastic race—was a highlight for our whole team.
Events are often remembered through the moments that feel personal. The hat bar added an interactive element that gave guests something meaningful to enjoy before the excitement of NASCAR began. The result was an experience that encouraged connection, created lasting memories, and added an extra layer of enjoyment to an already unforgettable weekend.
A special thank you to Monster for inviting Gigi Pip to be part of this event. We loved helping welcome the Reyes Group to Nashville and creating custom hats that became part of their NASCAR experience.
