"This was the best events and gifts to give our guests. This really set the tone for our western weekend wedding at Lone Mountain Ranch. And was a great kickoff of wedding weekend events for guests to use their hats while horseback riding and fly fishing. The hats are nice enough to also attend the wedding in. Many guests were matching their wedding day outfits with the hat they were customizing."

There's something about Big Sky, Montana that sets the stage for once-in-a-lifetime moments. Gigi Pip was honored to be part of an extraordinary wedding celebration at Lone Mountain Ranch—one of the most breathtaking venues in the country!
We joined 85 guests for the welcome dinner, where the energy was warm, celebratory, and full of anticipation for the weekend ahead. As guests settled in, our team of four set up a full luxury display. Shelving lined with beautiful felt hats, and got to work helping every single attendee build their own custom cowboy hat.
Throughout the evening, guests stepped into the hat-making experience during dinner, choosing styles, colors, and finishing details that reflected their personal look for the weekend ahead. The personal touches made all the difference. A majority of guests chose to brand a sun onto their hats, a nod to where the couple first met each other in Argentina. Watching that detail come to life, hat after hat, made the whole evening feel deeply personal.
With a fireworks surprise waiting at the end of the night, our team worked with a firm timeline to make sure every guest was hatted up and ready. The pacing and coordination allowed the event to feel unhurried for guests while staying aligned with the flow of the night. Eighty-five guests, four Hattenders, one tight window—and we delivered. That's the kind of logistical challenge our team is built for, and pulling it off without a hitch is something we take real pride in.
After the hat-making experience, guests joined line dancing coaches on the floor, bringing new energy into the evening as cowboy hats came to life in motion. The shift from creation to celebration created a seamless social rhythm that carried through the rest of the night.
This event reflected the value of a highly interactive guest experience that feels unexpected within a formal event setting, while remaining scalable for a larger group. It also served as a shared touchpoint that elevated guest satisfaction and gave attendees something lasting to take home and talk about long after the weekend ended.
