Gigi Pip joined LifeWave at the Grand Hyatt Deer Valley for an intimate celebration honoring their top sellers. The result was a night guests won't soon forget. Over dinner, our Hattenders worked with 95 top performers from around the world, turning a well-earned celebration into a hands-on, personal experience.
With guests traveling in from so many different countries, language could have been a barrier. Instead, our team partnered closely with translators throughout the evening, making sure every guest felt understood and supported as they picked colors, brim styles, and personal touches for their custom felt hat. No matter where someone called home, the process felt warm, welcoming, and easy to follow.
What stood out most was how naturally the language barrier faded into the background. Guests leaned in to watch their hats take shape, asked questions and swapped smiles and stories with tablemates they'd just met. The hat-making process gave people something to gather around, spark conversation over, and bond through, even when they didn't speak the same language.
By the end of the night, 95 top sellers walked away with a hat made for them and a story about how it came to be. For a group already being celebrated for their hard work, the evening added a layer of recognition that felt personal and lasting.
