Gigi Pip hit the road for Targhee Fest at Grand Targhee Resort. Our Roadshow trailer became one of the festival's most memorable stops. Set up right at the entrance gates, our team outfitted 300 festival-goers with custom felt hats built for sun, style, and everything a mountain music weekend throws at you.
The energy matched the music. Festivalgoers stopped by between sets to work with our Hattenders, choosing colors, brim styles, and personal touches that fit their look and their day in the sun. For many, it was their first time customizing a hat on the spot, and that novelty made our trailer a natural gathering point. Friends compared choices, strangers struck up conversations, and the process itself became part of the festival experience.
Beyond the fit and finish, guests found real function in their new hats. A great felt hat means shade during a hot afternoon set and a piece they'll reach for long after the festival ends. Our team talked through craftsmanship, brim shapes, and how to choose a hat that holds up outdoors, giving attendees practical knowledge alongside a great souvenir.
